Looks like they're all flames, and the first one (obviously) has dalmation spots. The two adults have scars on their faces, so I'd keep them all seperately for a few months to let them gain some weight (the girls look like they've got some extra skin that can be filled out) and relax.
Can you get a divider for the 20L? I'd put the females in there and put the male in the Exoterra. If they're eating CGD, I'd keep them on that exclusively for a little while, and add dusted crickets when they've been eating for you for a week or so. They're sure to get the nutrients they need with the CGD, and crickets are really just a treat.
I can't help with names, sorry. I've got six or seven geckos of my own that are still unnamed. Someone should start a thread of interesting animal names for inspiration.
Your male looks like he's going to be really pretty when he fires up.
