Hi guys, this looks like the exactly the thread I need. I'm thinking of getting some fire-bellied newts myself. I'm wondering whether they will do well in an aquarium, with just a branch or plants for land area? How deep should the water be? In the shop they usually leave them in rather shallow water, but from what I've read, they are almost fully aquatic. Thanks!
