Help Dehydration/Shedding?!?

Mangi has been in blue phase for several days now. I check on him every morning and while his eyes are lightening up, he's got some folds under his chin and neck that make him look like he's dehydrated. He was treated for mites a week or 2 ago (all gone.), and doesn't show any neurological symptoms from the treatment (I used the Equate Bedding Spray). He's just more reclusive and inactive, but all my snakes do this before they shed.

The wrinkles don't look any worse than before, and the humidity is right around 70-80%, without dropping below 60%.

This is my first shed dealing with a boa, all the others have been corn snakes and they just change color, not skin texture. I want to disturb him as little as possible, but if he continues to look like this I'm soaking him in some 50/50 pedialyte and water and I'll be off to the vet.
