Dear Dexter,
We all want you to know how much your daddy loves you and how much he will miss you. He thinks he failed you, but we know, as you know, that when you do all that you can and give all from your heart, it isn't failure.
You have been a good friend to him and you know if there was anything in this world he could do to make you better so you remain here with him, he would do it-without exception. You will always be a shining light in his heart even now when it is breaking. Until you are together again, be well.
