NOPE..Not at all. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] The problem I related with the case sensitivity is usually what is happening when users have a problem logging into their albums. That's why that is being pointed out. I couldn't tell ya just how many people , even though the words CASE SENSITIVE & EXACTLY are in caps and jump out at ya, are actually using a lower case rather than an upper case on one character, or vice versa, in either user name or pass and can not get into their albums due to such.

OK..Our computers are not going to make the difference here in wether you are able to access the albums by signing into them at all. Here's the steps that are taken to get into the albums...I am assuming that is at the user name/pass log in [step 6] that your problem exists...but let me know if I am wrong please....
1.**Click on the photo gallery link
2.**click login at the top right of the gallery pages
3.**Get a pop up type window that asks for your user name and password
4.**type in your user name : for you it = coferj
5.**type in your password : i'll send it yet again in email to you in a minute
6.**click submit
7.**pop up window disappears and your gallery window refreshes itself with a "WELCOME YOUR NAME" in the upper right hand corner where the sign in button was.
8.**click on your album
9.**Your window now shows your album with "editing" buttons at the top right corner
At exactly which step are you "stalling" at when trying to get into the albums?
I could try changing your pass for you and seeing if that helps at all, oR I could delete your info and re-enter even if you want me to and see if that helps. Just let me know is all.
