Generally Gliders need a wide variety of food. Just PM me and i can send you a good list but it's something this.
Various fruits: really just about anything, jsut not much orange, it is not good for them.
Frozen veggies
Protein: This can be received generally from I think it's called nutra grain cat food (it's about 35 bucks a bag but lasts forever). Also monkey biscuits can be purchased from generally any feeders supply.
They also need some bread with honey on it from time to time.
Also be sure to coat their food with calcium powder, calcium is essential to their diet and without it they will more than likely die.
Glideraide is also a nutritional supplement that you should be giving them at least every other feeding. Just as with calcium powder we generally jsut sprinkle it over the food.
Also they need some protein, this can be acheieved by cooked unseasoned chicken, cooked beef, bugs and berries supplement or just plain mealworms.
Generally we give ours a mixture of the fruit and veggies every night supplemented with mealies, calcium and glideraide. Everything else we jsut be sure to give them at least once a week.
