I have to say..if they don't offer at very least a gaurentee of live arrival there is no way I'm buying anything from them. To be honest...I really like to speak to the person on the phone as well. Why? B/c I want some other way to contact someone than just e-mail if I'm sending them hundreds or thousands of dollars for an animal.
I know I'm real touchy and almost anything can be a deal breaker for me. If I'm not comfotable and you don't treat me like my business means something to you, I'll simply take it elsewhere.
I'm probably one of those consumers that most people hate selling to. That's ok...I know my customers will be satisfied b/c I am such a stickler myself.
