I'm with you on the live arrival guarantee, and also prefer one with a 7+ day healthy and eating guarantee. Also the Spelling errors sure are a turn off, if they can't spell what else can't they do? I also won't buy from someone who can't give me multiple pics of the snake, for fear of gettin a snake different than that i was expecting. Also if they don't return emails quickly I won't do business with them. There's my $0.02!
Just as a reference - Upstate Exotics was WONDERFUL to deal with and i got a Beautiful snake from them. I also recommend WSacBass of this site, she has some pretty bci's and mine is healthy as can be! I know that stuff wasnt necessary, just throwing it in!
