i am tired of using light cans to heat my boas little bodies. in the states i had three of these exo-terra heatwave heatpads (UTH) and they worked wonderfully for me. the cheapest price usually on the internet i have seen is in the 15 dollar range for the medium 10.5"x11" that pulls 16 watts. here in costa rica, i found one at the pet store yesterday for 54 dollars! yikes!
so i get online to purchase one and have a buddy bring it to me from the states and this is the price i found.

i ordered 3 of them. you have to read in the 'more details' to see that this mat is the medium mat that is 10.5"x11". and at the end of my online checkout, the price changed to $6.30 a piece for some odd reason.
hopefully, if any of you are looking to switch to UTH, this might be the time. my shipping for 3 of them ended up being $6.79 to florida.
