well said, I prob average around 1500 a month, i split a townhouse with 2 friends, but theres insurance, phone etcetc also...if you're in school think about books and class costs plus missed work for being in school....then if anything comes up with a snake or anything vet bills can add up QUICKLY (i'm a tech, i know)....
