i agree with the female boa folks but for another reason. exit costs!!!! suppose you have an unexpected circumstance. i know you have planned well but s... happens!!!! it is easier to find a home for a boa, carpet or blood than a berm. furthermore state laws are begining to work against giant reptile ownership. you realy want to look at the cost bennifit from owning a berm vs. some other species. furthermore not everyone is going to be inclined to offer assistance in putting jr. back in his cage. unless you are going into breeding etc a pet should be a joy not a job to keep. once again i am a lazy keeper.
