I've done near about a billion searches through google and on all the state websites... and for native herps... im fairly certain you need a permit to sell... which means if i ever want to sell corns i need a permit... i first called me local DNR...left a few messages... got no calls back... so i went there in person... they all seemed confused by the thought of me even owning a snake... and had no clue what the laws even were...
So they gave me this number of this guy down in the state DNR who would supposedly know... i called him many times left a few messages... got no reply... waited a week called again... left another message... then gave up... the raid on the Columbus Ohio Show... just reminded me of all of that...
so back to my question.... who do i have to get a hold of? i've also contacted the person in charge of non-game animals in the state DNR she wasn't sure and told me to ask locally... and we know how that turned out... i might just need to go knock on the door at the governor's mansion and ask him... like he would know! lol
and i may be moving to virginia within a few years and was curious of their laws on exotic and native herps.....
any help at all would be great...
