Dang, time flies, doesn't it?! It seems like it was just last week that I was debating the merits of moving to FL vs staying in MI.
Shopping for a home on the Space Coast has been a headache. Every house that I liked already had a contract pending. On my last day of househunting, I settled on a modest little 3 bed/2 bath home. It's smaller than I would've liked, but it's more than enough room for myself, my dog, and my herps.
I'm thinking my first little project is going to be repainting the exterior. Ther's nothing wrong with the current paint, aside from the color not appealing to me. Other than that, everything seems to be mechanically and aesthetically sound.
