We had Pacific tree frogs lay tons of eggs in our pond a number of weeks ago. Now we've got tons of tadpols. I'd just set up an aquarium, with an under gravel filter (like you would for fish) and let 'em do their thing. I don't even think you'd need a heater, or any other equipment. I believe the hatchlings probably feed on green algae and other micro-fauna...so the trick will be finding a source for that from a friends pond, a nearby stream or water course (that isn't too polluted), someones aquarium that needs a cleaning, etc.
