It is very possible tha's what happened to its' claws....
But is the other one a male or a female? (breeding season?) Which is a good guess at what is making it go off feed.
Now for the claws, is there any soft tissue damage, such as either the quick hanging or bleeding from the broken claws?
If there is no tissue hanging or obvious bleeding, then the nails should have no problem growing back.
The nails will still grow back with tissue damage, but it will be tender and open for a possible infection.
In either case, keep neosporin (non pain relief) on the broken claw areas, applying it several times a day.
It's greasy enough that water shouldn't make it disipate too quickly.
If it looks like there is any drainage, swelling or other signs of infection, then a vet trip will most likely be needed.
