It's not a question of your opinion versus the opinions of others. It's simply a function of the "Terms of Service" determined by the owner of the site and his management team.

All users of this forum (and others) are the guests of the owner(s). It's not a democracy. You have no "civil rights" on a forum (for censorship is by definition a government act). We are guests. Even we who choose to support the site financially are guests.

The purpose of the policy is to maintain a family friendly environment. No one has to agree with the policy. They just need to abide by it to continue to be a guest of the owner(s) of this forum.

There are other (in my opinion, lesser) forums in which you can show your character or lack thereof, or vocabulary or lack thereof, by using any kind of language you wish. Those are their "terms of service" and that's what it takes to be a guest over there.

Simply choose accordingly.
