They already offer locator chips for Alzheimer sufferers and ID chips for animals. In fact chipping livestock is slowly being made mandatory nation wide for anyone wanting to buy, sell or show livestock.
It is only one small step and a Supreme Court ruling from these things to making it mandatory in humans so they can not only ID us with a scanner but also track where we are at all times.
They will start with children push it as being for our own good then gradually shift the focus to adults again positing it is for our own good but what is it really?
Bottom line is there is nothing anyone can do to stop it once they decide it will be done which I believe they already have.
