Yep, most places I have seen that ship do so with UPS. But if she is going to be at the airport anyways, she can have them shipped air freight. She will need heat packs (or cold if going south).
The problem is the shipping provider does not have a guarante of live arrival. So she should cross her fingers. She should not ship if any health problems arise, or they refuse to eat for weeks prior to shipping. Shipping will stress them greatly so they should be fat and in perfect health.
