I'm terrified to use Provent-a-Mite!
Anyone read the warnings on this stuff?! I don't wanna' spray this stuff in my cages! Everyone swears by P.A.M, but I can't bring myself to even try it. I've always used Reptile Relief because it's natural and carries absolutely no warnings with it, but I thought I'd try this to experience the difference for myself. I read the back of the can and don't know what to do. It says in BIG BOLD LETTERS not to use in cages without substrate, but what if you use newspaper? It also says not to treat heating devices or device-covers, but does that mean that I need to leave that section of my cage untreated or not to apply it directly to to the heated area, but it's OK to turn the heating device back on after it completely dries?
I'm not too keen on the idea of using a reptile product that carries a heavy risk of killing my reptile. I'll double-up on the weak stuff to insure the health of my pets.
Any words of wisdom for a newbie to this popular product?
