Well as some of you may know I have had a sickly little water dragon for about a year now. I bought her from the local pet store and she was a healthy happy little camper. She lived with her brother for about four months and we realized she was not gaining weight as rapidly as her brother. So we took her to the vet to find out if there was something wrong with her, and so starts the downhill road. She was being dominated by her brother for the food and got an RI. So in her new cage she got treated for it and looked better, got worse, got better, got worse, you see the pattern. I thought many time she was dead or would be soon and then the next day she looked great and was running around (all the time still wheezing and showing a raging RI). Well somewhere along the line she started getting worse and not better, I finally took her to the vet and her jaw bone was rotting away, and had been for awhile, that was why she never got better Osteomytosis (don't really remember the name). It is a genetic diseaese and nothing could be done for her she was just going to die slowly. So we put her down and she is now resting peacefully forever.
