Before even considering purchasing an iguana you need to do much more research.

You may want to consider adopting an unwanted rescue iguana. There are so many that need homes and most are for no adoption fee.
Iguanas are cheap, but are expensive to keep.
1. large inclosure (bigger the better, size that Morti said as a minimum)
2. large variety of fresh greens, veggies, and such
3. correct UVA/UVB lighting and basking
4. VET CARE is one that many forget (fecal check, wellness check, and the OMG what happened!)
5. etc., etc., etc.
