oh ya burms are more gentle than retics for sure. burms are usually aggressive and tempermental as babies and young adolesents. but when they start getting bigger they do tend to calm down. ive never had a retic of my own but have dealt with several of my friends. one retic inpaticular was mean from the first day up until it was about 7ft and my friend got rid of it. if its cage was open and you walked anywhere close to it it would strike at you. it was very aggressive mean snake. on the other hand tho i had a friend with a super tiger retic that was just as nice and calm as my guyana.
