Mouth rot is usually caused by bacteria, so the best way to treat it is with antibiotics. Unless you have a vet that will give you AB's without seeing the animal, I would suggest a trip to the vet IF it develops. debride the infected area and lance & drain any abscesses. Some rinse the area with diluted betadine and then pack with silvadene.

I would try and have a look at her mouth in the next day or two and assess the damge, if any from striking the glass. Check for broken teeth or teeth piercing flesh in the mouth area.
