I dont really have a set temperature I just feel them and squish them a little to make sure they are warm all the way through. Make sure they dont get too hot or they'll explode and man that is one of the NAST-IEST things to clean up. hahaha You didnt ask but I'll tell ya the way I thaw mine out so you'll have an idea. I put them in ziplock baggies in the refrigerator overnight to thaw out and then I heat them up the next day.
