Even though this is a little late in coming I am going to put in my $.02 here. You really have to consider a lot of things when you are talking about putting dart frogs in together. Putting different species in together is not a good idea and I would strongly discourage it. If you are going to put in several dart frogs in you want to make sure that they will not be territorial. Tincts tend to be quite territorial and the dominate frog will often stress to the point of death the subordinate frog if it has nowhere to get away from the dominate one. If you plan on having water in your tank it may cause a further problem, b/c tincts pin their opponent when sparring and can drown the subordinate frog even if there is sufficient space for the two to co-exist.
I have been thinking of getting a few of these guys for a long time and have done loads of reading, so my info is not from personal experience, but from books and people who have kept them. It seems that there are a lot of factors to consider when starting with these little guys. One of the things that I have been told over and over is that you need to get your cultures and your cage ready before you purchase your first frog. They are not hard to keep, but they are delicate.
It looks like your doing your research first...so Kudos for you!
