well if shes a pink toe that explains most of it.. shes a aboreal, from the rain forsest and she feels more safe and secure up in her webb.. most rain forest aboreals will get there water from the sides of trees or drops of water on a leaf, they very rarely go to the ground.. as they wander close to there webb homes up in the trees they will come across there prey.. most will wait in there webb homes for the prey to wonder by them.. just make sure you mist her cage good and that the water beadsa up on the glass close to where she is so she can get a drink unless you have fake plants close to her webb you can mist that good to and she will come out and drink from the water drops on that.. most crickets will climb up on something and she will catch them from there..or you can drop one at a time on her webb and she will come out and snatch them up.. My indian ornamental very rarely goes to the ground she catches her prey when it climbs up her bark house and she will drink from the water on the side of the glass and on the leafs of the plant, she has a water dish but she never uses it..
