And let me tell you, as to the whole Starbucks (*$) thing, them letting you go is a bunch of crap, too. If you haven't been barista certified yet (it sounds like you already know this,) but you should definitely NOT be working alone! Grr. I work at a *$ too, and believe me, I know what should and shouldn't be after 3 years, hehe.
