The autobilling function of register.com failed to get natas the bill for the renewal...it may have been due to mass/spam mail filtering or they may have just failed to send it. At any rate, natas didn't get it. The domain expired and a web pirate snapped up both rtb.net and .org. I sent an email to them to negotiate getting them back. They are holding them for 1500.00 ransom each. There is nothing legally we can do about it. Once a domain expires, it is free game. I don't think anyone here wants to deal with web pirates. So we changed the name. Yes this sucks. Yes we are angry. But we will get through this. Nothing about the namechange will change anything about the site...it is the same and shall remain the same. Once everyone gets used to it, it won't be any big deal. Mass emailing 3000 people seems to be a problem for the mail server to handle though so for now, please help spread the word and inform anyone you know of where we are now until we can sort it out and get everyone emailed in the RTB user database.
