Just a second note. Another project CHS just completed before Christmas. We relocate 56 yes I said 56 Alligators and caimen to the St Augustine Alligator Sanctuary. This not only called for driving down a load of gators. But Blood work had to be done on EACH animal. Also mind you these were ALL rescue and confiscated animals, that were provided care for until they could be found an apropriate home. One of our members Bob B. kept the majority of them At his HOME, and cared for them, and made arrangements to have them transported to FL.
Mind you ALL of these animals could have been put down. Granted this was not cheap. just a note to how dedicated CHS is to conservation of Herps.
