Re: Cleaned tank....
Actually with fish i de beleive it does play in a roll here's my reasoning from "experience". I fish for bass in the summer. About 4 yrs ago i started fishing the small resevoirs used for bogs (which they drain and fill to drain and fill the cranberry bogs). There are many bass in these resevoirs. The constantly get different water levels. This screws them up and causes them to constatnly eat everyhting in sight b.c of the water level going up and down every week or two. A normal pond about 10 mintues away has a record sized bass of 8lbs. This bog i fish i have never caught a bass under 5lbs and have caught bass well over 8lbs on a regular basis! They eat almost all their offspring too! So i do beleive that having the different water level constant change you can grow a fish larger or smaller. So basically the fish senses how much water it has to move around and will eat less or more. Just my thoughts i know nothing on fish tanks.
