Ok first STOP feeding live rabbits!!! A rabbit could rip a snake open with one kick, and just because it hasn't happened does not mean it won't! It would only take once to kill your snake! You obviously care about them, so please make the switch. Besides, it's much cheaper and easier, plus freezing kills parasites that the rabbits may be carrying. I also think a vet visit might be inorder here. If she is gravid, a vet should be able to do x-rays or an unltrasound to tell, and if she's not, they can help find out why. A loose stool could be a sign of parasites, so it would be a good idea to at least check a stool sample, if you can get one.
