wow, that previous owner must have been a real jerk. i mean, he cant tell someone that he thought nothing was wrong with them. as for info., go to iguanaden.org, and/or go to amazon.com and buy "The ultimate green iguana manual" by James Hatfield(or somethin like that) the book is a 650 pg encyclopedia all about green igs and it covers everything from diet, all the way to how each of their organs work. i think ur doing the right thing rescuing them. do u have a herp vet near by? they may take 1 or 2 of the igs. or u could put flyers in every vet near by saying u have iguanas needing good home, and before u gve them up, the person that wants them should have to know the proper husabndry, diet, etc..
