Looks a bit better, The jaw may NEVER go back to perfect shape. But there is a possibility (pretty good one) that since he is young it will return to normal. What is your lighting setup now?

I can also tell by his spikes there's some retained shed there. Is it possible for him to get a daily bath? This also may become his potty session. Try to do everythig around the same time they honestly like routines i dont know how but they have a clock and if potty session isnt on time oh well its your fault for not putting me in the tub on time (even though it was only 10-20 minitues late lol).
