They don't seem to be quite full grown, 11" is listed as the minimum adult size for the females, but malis can go up to 14"-16" as adults. Generally, it takes them three years or so to get fully grown. Here are a couple of links from Deerfern Farms, the first on general uro care, the second some info on Malis.

Malis are probably the best choice for first time uro breeders, but they're still a bit tougher than a lot of other common pet lizards. Good luck.
