Lysol and other air fresheners

Are there any herp and amphibian safe air fresheners? I have heard lysol and some brands are toxic, is this true? the room gets kinda stale smelling after being closed up all winter, not stinky, just kinda off and want something to take it out of the air until I can open the windows in spring to let it air out. My main worry if the amphibs, but I need to do something. Before anyone asks, everything is kept clean, its not a stink, just stale.
