That looks like an abscess. I feel that it is also not allowing her to breath properly as it looks to have taken over he nostril which is the main way they breath. I can also see that she is rubbing her nose and face alot. Thats not good and she will just reopen the cut and it will never heal after its drained. Id suggest for your situation free roaming. Make sure you Ig proof your home first. You can just leave the cage door open so she can come and go when she wants. I dont know much on vet prices sorry.
