Yeah but the problem is when the cage is too small they get all cramped up and start to stress out kinda like being closterphobic and they rub to try to get out. Any way I am pretty sure that is a abscess My first ig got them pretty often. If you dont watch out they will grow out of controll pretty quickly I would suggest that you get her to a vet soon make an appointment as soon as possible or sooner and they can take care of it while it is still small.
