I'm deffinitely no expert on animal behaviour but
as far as I know the reapeating action of the bird or
back and forth pacing of a caged animal is an indication
of problems as a result of boredom and stress.I think
the behaviour can be reversed if caught in time by providing more
mental stimulation and distraction, but again I'm no expert.
