I haven't seen a single post where ANYONE was calling for a ban on Pitbulls.

There was a big headline a few years back where a couple owned a pair of Canary Island dogs. The dogs scared everyone in the neighborhood, and eventually ripped a young woman to pieces. The couple that owned the dogs both went to prison - the dogs were put down. If those dogs were in my yard - I wouldn't hesitate to shoot them dead on the spot.
