I have owned both over the past 10+ years and while they both will tame down very well with age most BCC neonates are very defensive. Neonate BCC are NOT as docile as BCI and will strike if they feel threatened. As they mature they will calm down with handeling and propper husbandry but will sometimes remain somehwat edgy...it all depends on the particular snake.
