pretty little snake. It is a typical BCI Columbian. Nice connected saddles though. I think when you were counting saddles, you probably stopped when you got to the red tail markings. The tail blotches count in the saddle count as well all the way till you get to the tail splotch above the vent. I am counting at least 26 saddles to where the vent should be. But like I said before, it really doesn't mean much in identification....notice the shape and spacing of Toms BCC he posted pics of. kinda like puzzle pieces with defined widows peaks. Also note that they head marking on BCC does not usually if ever have a little cross somewhere on it like BCI...where BCIs almost always have it. There are also differences in the scale counts and the belly scales are different...but once ya get used to seeing them all every day...you don't have to count scales to know what they are.
On to the point of this post. I am assuming you are looking for a future mate for this snake. I was not dogging your skills at identification ... just wanted to have enough facts to give what I consider the best advice. This snake will breed with a suriname or other BCC but most of us hope you don't do that. The babies will not bring a dime more than 100% BCI babies and you are putting babies out there that will end up breeding again and mutting up the lines. Please try and keep the lines as pure as possible. If you want to breed Surinames...please try and find a nice pair of pure lineage.
