i 100% totally agree.
criminals have too many "rights" that protect them.
it should be- if you commit a crime- under the proper circumstances- you lose your rights.
the cicumstances part isan ex- if some one breaks into my house and i hurt him or kill him- i shouldnt have to liable.
now a days, if some one breaks into your house and you take action- he can sue you.
how messed up is that. dont say no- because i have seen it plenty of times.
the average "joe" or "jane" arent informed of their rights, they just go on living day by day contently doing what they do. ITS THE CRIMINALS WHO ARE IN JAIL- STUDYING ALL THE LAWS, SEARCHING FOR LOOP HOLES FOR A DEFENCE! THEY LITTERALLY KNOW MORE ABOUT THE LAW THAN US!!!
how do "i" know you ask, i have been working in corrections for years and i saw it every day! some one pay because a junkie got hurt in their house, a molester go free because of something collected the wrong way, drunk drivers out the next day after causing horrible accidents and getting coverage and a licence to drive to and from work!!! it happens. !!!
these guys who do everything fom murders- to petty misdemenors are in the law library that we provide with our tax dollars- searching for any and everything!!! and guess what, they find there stuff.
its sad where we are the ones who are forced to lose our right or rights to defend our self- and these guys/ girls get to run around and keep doing it.
oh yeah, naja-- THAT IS A GREAT SAYING UNDER YOUR POST
