You have a green anaconda in an apartment [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_eek.gif[/img] what are you going to do when it grows up? anyway, if I were you I would contact the SPCA in your city. they can tell you no BS what the law is. I doubt they will take the snake just because it is an anaconda. now if it is a LARGE anaconda they probably can and will. how large depends on your local laws. I'm not positive because I don't know your local laws, but you shouldn't have a legal problem until the snake grows a bit. BTW, how big is it now? in most places I believe the law gets to step in when a snake reaches 8 ft. please let me know if I'm wrong! -Juggalo
