One of the reasons you aren't seeing any poo is cause the mice aren't enough for what she needs.
She is literally using all of what she eats.
This sisn't good for her system in the long run.

Can you buy live rats, the correct size, then whack them, freeze and use as feeders then?

If ya keep her on mice, then she will have some starvation issues to deal with in the long run as well....
