That's sad, pygs are lovely. I know one RTB that had two inches of her tail chewed of by a rat, but fortunately, vets managed to reattach it. And my friend told me of a case where some guy left a shore pit viper with 3 mice overnight. Of course the poor guy was half eaten by morning. Mice are very, very um .. chewy. You know what I mean. I saw one guy trying to chew his way out of a snake box through an air hole once, and it was actually making progress in the fibreglass! Then I realised that it was a live mouse in a snake tank and told the guy keeping the amethystine at once.
