They both look like Bufo to me. Can't be more specific, definitive tadpole identification is difficult enough to do with the specimens in hand.
Identification keys for Bufo include physical characteristics like:
Color and pattern which can vary depending on geographic location.
Basal muscle height.
Snout length to eye diameter ratio.
Eye diameter to mouth diameter ratio.
Length/width of medial gap.
Position of the spiracle.
Position/shape/size of internal mouth parts.
All but one of the tadpole experts I know keep unknown tadpoles through metamorphosis to identify the adult form.
