I wouldn't leave her on bare glass if you have a UTH. Put her in a tote till she's better. That's a pretty wide spread rash she's got going there. Has she had any RI symptoms? Trouble passing urates? Any sign of any type of infection? Either way, that could easily lead to septicimia (blood poisoning) and kill her. Topical antibiotic ointment is a good start but she probably is going to need some injected or oral antibiotics as well. You are going to need to hook up with your vet pretty much right away.
