Suggestions & Questions

Folks,
I'd like to see an FAQ regarding who can give points, what they mean and how they are awarded. Also, some info on ranking a thread -- and what that means to the originator (if anything). It would also be cool to find more info on the arcade and the store. Unless you're a member of a certain level (which I am not just yet), you can't even see these things.
