7-8 year old red tail boa

I have a red tail that is probably close to 8 years old, not sure if it is female or male, always very tame and had never bit anyone, I have not had nearly enough time to handle it as much as I should. It recently became adjated and struck at someone one time. I have handled it three of four times since then but the snake is still anxious around people. If handled more often again it will become just as tame as before I suspect. I used to let it roam my room with no worries and never dreamed it would bite anyone. The snake is currently in a 30 gallon tank but needs a larger terrarium immediatly. Here are some pictures of the snake.
Open to offers and trades, may be interested in a smaller lizard or bearded dragon. Located in York, PA.
