I had something like this happen once...I put a small deer skull in a baby boa cage and he got into the brain compartment through the base of the skull where the spinal cord goes in. I was just about to crack it open when I thought....naaaa he got in there...he can get hisself out. So I just set him back in his cage and a day later he was out crawling around...at which time..I removed the skull. [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img] That is pretty much your choice...crack it open or leave him till he comes out on his own. When he does come out...stuff the hole with paper towels or playdough and tape it up so he can't get inside.
